The one bedroom studios and units are the same price, $120 per night. One bedroom unit is a bit bigger than the studio. Two bedroom units are $190 per night. Each one has FreeView channels. Electricity, unlimited broadband Internet are included in the rent. If for long term we are looking for responsible tenant(s) who is sensible on electricity use especially the air conditioner is turned off when you are not home. Clothes washing is done in the common self-service laundromat that has $4 payable by you each time for up to 8km clothes. There is one allocated one car’s parking space for each unit.
Cleaning inside your unit is for you to do except one time per week cleaning on the shower box will be done by owner’s cleaner. If the whole stay is paid in full before moving in and the stay is less than one month, bond of one week’s rent is required; if the stay is more than one month, bond is 2 weeks’ rent. It’s preferred you pay for the whole stay’s rent before you move in, we can also consider weekly pay. If you pay weekly, we need to do background checks, bond of 3 weeks’ rent is required. Bond will be refunded on the same day of checkout via internet banking. The tenancy here is not covered by Tenancy Tribunal, any issue on the legal aspect will be covered by Dispute Tribunal.
