Eddie started the property management business in 2010. He is from the background of engineering and Information System, which are his bachelor degree and graduate diploma. He became a qualified accountant in 2018. He worked in office and also several factories before the property management business.
Eddie registered the company Wide & Vast Ltd in 2005 as an online retail business and worked full time on it until January 2006 when he took on a factory job. He was content, happy with the job and grateful to the employers to the point that he was willing to work there all his life. He didn’t continue the Wide & Vast Ltd business, the company’s registration expired. But for a twist of fate he had to give up that employment in 2010, he re-registered Wide & Vast Ltd and renamed it Wongeoon Vast Ltd later that year.
Eddie is hardworking and trustworthy. He got word-of-mouth referrals to develop his business from many existing clients.
Outside his work Eddie likes to read, especially geography, history and current news affairs. Going to the cinema is Eddie’s one way to relax and chill out. He used to play badminton, volleyball, and basketball when he was younger. Now he only swims to keep fit. He is family-focused.

Shaun has a bachelor degree in computer science and a master degree in accounting. He is a property manager and an accountant in Wongeoon Vast Ltd.
Shaun was a tenant of WV when he studied at the University of Canterbury. He knew Eddie Wongeoon many years and worked in his fields of education IT and accounting before joining WV. He started as an accounting contractor first in WV and then became an employee in WV.
Shaun is very efficient, reliable and well-organised. He is committed to deadlines of getting things done. He is a people person, very approachable.
In his spare time he goes to the gym and reads. He particularly likes motivational psychology books.
Liuzi Chen

Liuzi joined WV in 2011. Before that she worked in the retail business. She has been an integral part of WV through these years, helping the growth of WV property management portfolio from only a handful to a few hundreds. She is consistent in what she does. She has empathy for property owners and tenants. She often works after business hours to get work done.
Besides work Liuzi is a dedicated housewife and mother. Her hobbies are reading, walking on the beach with the family and hiking.
Liuzi has a wide range of knowledge from tertiary study and more from her extensive interest in everyday work and living.
